The Royal Blue Residence

The Royal Blue Residence ( Budva ) is an exclusive resort consisting of 20 independent houses placed on 6 altitude levels, all linked by a pedestrian path which descends to the swimming pool area. You can choose among 89 living solutions tailored for your needs.

Each house has a private garage with direct access from the inner private road and most houses have private gardens and enjoy sea view. Access to the Residence is restricted to residents only. A high level of security is guaranteed as well as maintenance and customer care, which are provided all year long.

The residence design was conceived by a famous Italian architecture firm to harmoniously fit the building inside the stunning natural surrounding. Stone covered walls, light coloured facades, shading devices and terraces keep a centuries-old building tradition alive, while offering state-of-the-art comfort and smart luxury.
